i was in a game, i got logged out for no reason, it came up with the close game dialog box, i clicked 'cancel' so why did i still get logged out!!!!, i lost 15 odd point's for that loss, can i please get these point's back?, i was winning the game aswell!!!

Thats happened to me numerous times. instead of pressing cancel press the x in the corner... works for me try it next time. do NOT press cancel, ive been stung with that a few times!

oki, i just thought, with it saying 'cancel' it may CANCEL the closing of the page, cheers mate, i'll press X next time and hopefuly it will work but, i'm not to bothered now, i got my points back and i'm 5 point's higher the only thing that is concerning me atm is my abandoned games and i haven't left any ( by that i mean i haven't let due to me losing and being a bad sportsmanship) i keep getting logged out, nick can you give me any tips on how to prevent this happening again?!

I think its unfair that rhys1234 has bn sent bak down 2 a newbie. for wat i want 2 no. also by doin this he is takin points off people who didnt no that he was over 950. this means people workin hard 4 their points are gettin beat by sum1 that shud be 900+ but instead u put him as a newbie an more points get taken off

Ross, its not funkysnooker that does that its the user themselves! Some people want perfect records or dont like to see too many losses. Bonkers to me i'm afraid but what can you do?

I, don't think that you can get your point's back ronnie mate.. and by the way u weren't on a well regular used computer ie. a school or college computer cause they have admins there that take over you pc and close things your not suppost to be on =) just a though.

i was on my computer madhatter mate, i never use the college comp's lol but it's ok now, it happened earlier and it works clicking X instead of cancel

answer me this. if i click x by accident in the top rite corner it used to ask was i sure i wanted to leave, but now it doesnt. im confuddled!!!

On the game window, click 'options', then click 'game'.

There should be an option asking whether you want the box to appear when you close the window (top option)

Check to see if this is enabled.

Note: this may not work if you do not have Internet Explorer.

ok it may be ok on your system's but, i never clicked the X in the top corner, it just appeared automatically, that's the annoying thing tbh, it pop's up without me wanting it to and i click cancel but, still get logged out.... why????

yea thats what i mean it comes up when im playing quite often, lost alot of points because of it before i realised that clicking the X in corner keeps you in the game!
