1 player who shud be ashamed of himself, beat me in the arcade tourney today because he kept on spammin if he was about to lose, no offense to him and the mods but i hope he loses in the final, has this happened to any1 else be4?

Either

A) Add him to your ignore list.

B) Do a complete ignore when in a tournament.

C) If he is doing it in pm, use the ignore pms while competing option.

D) Open up his pm window before the games starts so it doesnt pop up mid-way.

E) Send a chat log or use contact us to expain the situation at hand.

F) Simply ignore what is being typed in the chat box and continue with your game. Also try not to let him/her wind you up.

Hey mate i know it can be a pain when people do this...but as farren said...if it's via PM stick them on ignore.

BUT, if they do it in the main chat window, drag the game window to the bottom of the page, and continue to drag it down till the chat box is no longer visible!

It's a technique i use on pool whenever someone gets ratty.

When you ignore someone doesn't it mean you can't see what they say in the main window as well?

Hmm, never thought of that, but giving advice all the same...if your not interested in what they saying lol.

Only if you add someone to your ignore list. The complete ignore is for pms only (apart from those on your friends list and staff).

EDIT: unless thats changed in the new update. havn't checked it though.

some people will stop at nothing to win a game, it really is quite sad. I wish we could report the people that do this, its not just in tourneys!
