How about instead of loosing a certain amount of points every day if you are above a certain rank, you only lose the points if you havn't been on that day.

And then say after 1 week of not logging in the point deduction gets bigger and so on every week. Though maybe the first drop could be after 2 weeks, so when people go on holiday, if they are away for 2 weeks then they are loosing more for something that can't be helped that much.

that wouldn't be a good idea.. we all loose the same amount of point's per day.. if we don't play games that is!

But that very much defeats the point of the rank deductions altogether! <confused smiley>

Yep, the main point of the deductions is to give other players a chance to get to the top spot.

Say if i wanted to be top spot and got to a rank of 993, i could just leave it there. Simply log in every day without playing a game, log back out and i have furthermore secured myself on the top spot. After a while, loads of users would go through the same method.

50th place would proberbly have a rank of 990!

Still think it's a good idea, i think that you must play at least 1 ranked game per day cause these people that fight for the top spot just log on day by day and play a friendly and log out lol.

but i think that you should loose 3 ranking points per day or a certain ammount of time because.. there is just the same people on the top spot everyday.. *cough _spursjay_ and players should stop making pointles trouble in the members bar and stop making this game a walkover for certain player's and teach all the top spot huggers a lesson in how to play this game

so come on my fellow member's dust of your cue and start practicing.
