i think tht it wud be a good idea if the game had a retake button after them being snookered and fouling because i often am not sure if a ball goes inor not then i giv them the shot and they pot it

i tink if we had the option the game wud be alot better!

do u mean like a replace button?

ie set all the balls to wat they wer before other player fouls out of snooker and make him replay?

in proper rules snooker u can only get this if the ref calls a miss (when he feels player did not try to get out of snooker) so this leads to 2 very difficult problems.

1) replacing the balls to what they wer before wud be very difficult to programme into the game i think.
2) how would the game know if you tried to get out of snooker or not?

i know wat ur saying though, not knowing whether to play or make them play after they foul so i wud be happy enough to allow a replace button and a retake shot at every foul if the ball replacing problem cud be overcomed.

yup true dunt think it wud work tbh (the miss rule wud need to be applied which obviously cant as there is no ref) although if they fouled 4 times in a row that wud be frame abondoned but that wud be harsh

As said, it would be hard for the game to realise if it was a snooker or not.

oh yes, suppose

plus it would just make people post all sorts of complaints on the forum like so... eg

"Farren kept putting me back about 10 times this isnt right"

so would cause alot of problems for us.

and secondly as farren so rightly said.. it may be very difficult for the game to pick up the snooker, and would also be probz very difficult to add because of this.

I don't think i'd like to be retaking impossible shots, the game could become a lot more frustrating if that was done, remember it's about enjoyment.

yea but whats more enjoyable than watching your opposing player give points away and get frustrated because they can't hit a ball.... haha... that would be my enjoyment. lol and i gain points from their fouls... marvellous!
