I was wondering why there people would need a 90/60 seconds timer per shot. I was playing this user the other day and he had it on 90 seconds per shot and he waited for the last second to have his shot. This has happened to me a few times and i know its happened to other users on this site.

I don't understand why we need that timer. The lowest your should be able to go is 30/40 seconds. Why would you need it higher then that.

Also now you cant leave the room people will have to sit through it. When it happened to me the game took about 30mins and i was so annoyed. I would of contacted a moderator but there wasnt any online at the time.

Whats your thoughts?

some people like me play at work and put it on for 40 secs or 60 or 90 so that if they take a phone call they dont keep getting random shots. obviously some people do abuse it...best advice is to check what the time is on the table before playing.

well tricky, there's people like me who will do whatever they can to distract them from say..their uni application essays. and i like playing with a high timer sometimes just so i can chat and play at the same time. i really hope that people don't just make 90 second games while going "*rubs hands together* imma gonna get them this time!!! imma trick em into playing a long game!"

its a personal preference, and like sam said just check the game time before you enter. silly goosey haha jk

trouble is, players on here are don't wanna hurt peoples feelings and are always saying stuff like 'well maybe there at work, or maybe there doing home work'

my opinion, i don't see how making a 90 second timer can be disrespectful to the opponent when the owner makes the game and sets up the conditions, and the opponent chooses that game to play. if you don't like the conditions, don't play.

yeah cmon for goodness sake its completely up to them what timer they wanna play i often get timed out when playing and checking fantasy teams etc at the same time. im with brighteyes on this one( thats a first!) lmao

i'm pretty positive people don't play 90 seconds game because they are staring at the game with for 85 seconds lining up their shot....

i agree with tricky 90 seconds ridiculous, you only need 20 secs at the max to take your shot
