this is getin tedious now boys, were just goin round in circles. force_1 'all these people who gob on ... like me' so because im passionate about my team that means i dont go to games, that doesnt make sense, thats just a completely subjective unjustified comment, u know nothin about me or for that fact most united fans, altho i dont av to justify myself to the likes of u, im a student so cant afford a season ticket as i would like but i still manage to get on 5-10 games a season.
as for toontom, ive already discussed this point yea, we do have widespread support and i dont like that some people who dont know anythin about footy and have neva been on a game in their life from down south might say they support united. but that doesnt change the fact that we have equal if not more support from our home town as any other team, and thus i dont like the fact that u generalise all united fans like that.

thr way i see all the is glory hunting business is when kids reach about 5 they suppoert the best in england and because they were so dominant they got alot of support! BUT they still follow utd today so are proper supporters because them supported them for as long as they can remeber!

and these days all you see is little kids wearing chelski shirts because they were doing well and if they follow chealsea for ever i dont really see a problem!

Just thought id ask any1 who actually goes liverpool matches like myself...How can you say that Man United have too many supporters away from home when we have germans spaniards irish dutch chinese pakistani's and a lot more different nationalities at our games every week?

If you actually stop, take a breath and look, all the big clubs have fan clubs around the country that organise buses to games. I live in south wales and go to liverpool on a supporters coach and regularly see man utd, arsenal and chelsea buses too.

Internationally, liverpool are supported by the majority of people in finland,norway and denmark since the 80's. Not glory hunters because they continue to support them today.

For me its simple, any liverpool fan will happily argue with any man u, arsenal, chelsea, in fact any other fan, about anything other than liverpool being the greatest. Thats the way footbal fans are!!!!

Nothing wrong with this, i doubt 'sad act' is the phrase to describe someone who feels positive and confident in their team. All results IMO so far are fair and well deserved. Man U played poor in the second leg semis and liverpool played very good.

If liverpool were in fact the underdogs then doesn't that make it more interesting and less predictable? I'm not a liverpool fan but i support them all the way during the league mainly due to the fact they deserve it more. Sore winners are as bad as sore losers in my book!
