a points system that u can gamble say every1 gets 20 but u can also win sum for gettin 50 breaks or what ever but then you could play sum1 for ranked points but also have a little wager on betting points say 2 or 3 and even maybee trade your bettingpoints in for ranked points when u have say 150 any thoughts welcome

Has come up before, some kind of format where you can choose the number of ranked points to play for perhaps?

The only worry is moderating all the cheaters.

It wouldn't be financial. Just deciding on the number of points to play for. If it's not illegal..!

It doesn't have to be financial for it to be called gambling.

Apart from that, i think it's a nice little feature that could be considered for premium. there are many ways in which you could possibly bet one's points.

- Bet points on who to win a tournament final.
- Have a wager for ranked games for yourself to win.

You could also possibly have odds for each player in a tournament however this could be bypassed by those who create new accounts or by resetting.

Yep, all great ideas. The one disadvantage is that it could demean the whole ranking scheme completely. Unless it was $funkydollars or something.

Perhaps instead of premium, you buy 'funkydollars' and they allow you to buy extra features, gamble.

I really haven't the time to draw up a complete scheme but can you see what I'm getting at? do you think that would have potential?

I agree with farren....this should DEFINATELY not hapen on the open site...



Although premium would be an idea if there was some sort of age segregation.
