This may have been discussed before but why is it that when the cue ball is on the cushion you are still able to put maximum bottom spin on it.In real life you would not be able to do this.Why not add the facility that depending on how far away from the cushion you are depends on how much bottom spin you can apply to the cue ball and the same when having to hit the top of the cue ball because its to close to the cushion to hit the ball in the centre.Just a suggestion

Not just the cushion! When the ball in resting on another ball you are still able to hit it all of it. The shot should be harder but it isnt on here!!!

it is only arcade snooker, meant too be a laff surely. maybe do this on original?
