his idea i think is good which includes the betting system, where u both nominate a set points limit that u will both bet to win the game, the winner obviously gets the set bet and the loser obviously loses them.

Its been talked about before but it opens up the possibility of being abused too easily. Mates could play each other and give points away too easily. The magic 1000 would be history very quickly IMO.

If it were done it would need to be a completely seperate points system from proper ranked games.

Either that or, if it were to be done using standard rank, the amount you could bet would have to be limited to the lesser possible exchange.

Yeah, the best way to do it would probably be what Spinner said, a completely seperate game. Can't see it making it's way into the ranked games we have at the moment.

betting isnt a good idea for the website.. maybe a a similar system would be good but without the gambling side of thing's

so the one on 850 could say i bet u 3 points and the one on 6 or 700 could say i bet u 10 points i beat u,,,now theres the gamble,,,,especially 4 thye one on 6-700 points

I like the idea of chancing your rank by doubling it. Bigger risk, double gained, double lost.
