what are u suppose to do wen you are playing someone and it says there not responding just sit there and let them win

If a user is not responding either they will start responding within a few seconds or log out after about 1 or 2 mins. So basically just wait and you should win by default when he/she logs out.

i find if im not responding thart going on a webpage and refreshing helps me to respond!

It annoys me when instead of leaving the game when you are miles ahead in the game sometimes your opponent pulls their internet out so you have to wait 2 minutes before you can go and play again when it is their shot. Its happened to me a lot more recently when it is obvious they have left because they have lost.
