every time i click on the table i lose focus on the chat so i keep having to click on the chat box to start typing

is there anyway around this

No i think the best way is just to cope with it cymmerboy if u dont want to lose focus then dont chat. the end of the day it your own choice to chat. if you dont chat you may not lose your focus...

You're right cymmerboy, I do that all the time.. playing a game, and typing "gs" or "ul" or whatever, only to find that it doesn't come out cos I didn't have the cursor focus on the text chat box. It is a bit of a nuisance having to click down the bottom each time you want to make a comment.

Not sure if Nick can do anything about it; it is an inherent feature of Windows that once you click somewhere else (e.g. the table) you lose cursor focus on wherever it was previously.

As 2good says, it isn't really a major problem, just a little niggle that you have to get used to.

although its not a big thing and ive got used to it now i still at times type a sentence and then nothing comes up. can be annoying at times. would be good to get sorted.

Maybe in tournaments chat can be disallowed because we all know how tensed them tournament games are, you do get the people that says good game before the game as even ended i find that very ennoying and off putting what do you think lads?
