Any One Else Got That Problem middle of a game and it starts freezin sick of me getin on me nerves

i dnt have a problem at it it might just be ur internet or ur comp

the lag on this game is ruining the site... my game play isnt even smooth... lag after lag...

the main problem wit freezing i get is when you click on a link from this site or to view a players details etc.. This freezes my coputer and usually when im in the tournament arghhhhhhh its so infuriating! lol

That sounds like either typical firefox performance or a browser or addon corruption issue.

Have you tried reinstalling your browser and addons?

Regarding lag, there has been very little heard recently about lag, except a poorly designed flash ad which cause a lot of probs.

If you can pinpoint a particualr ad thats causing the problem we can check it for standard compliance and remove it from the feed.

Could even be a Java problem, Have you tried re-installing java?

mine freezes all the time ...grrrr!

So has anyone figured this problem out yet? i know i used to have it but not no more. after a format. maybe thats the solutions?

Game freezes were quite common after the 6.1.2 update of the Java VM. There were lots of conflicts in that update which have been corrected since. Perhaps this is something similar.

Its also possible that, if this is the same non-standard flash animation being used in the reported adverts that it could cause some GFX/Driver combinations to hang.

i think spinner should be a mod...he speaks like a mod on here and im sure he would be a good mod

being a computer genius isn't part of the job description damee, besides hes a mod on pool anyway. The reason for my lag seems to be the adverts, it can be rather annoying.

yeah but there are computer geniuses on here and they dont talk like he does (no offence spinner btw). but mods only seem to talk like that...its my opinion and i dont think there is anything wrong with expressing opinions is there?

for those who dont know i spent a log time unable to play due to lag and so have looked into many angles and causes. (i also used to play a wind-up character on the forums that some older members didnt really get - but hey, i was bored and wanted to play too!)

There are too many causes/solutions to list now but starting with the common ones can help lead to the cure. Everyone's system is different so there is no one fix for all.

Have you checked your flash version ali_carter?

lagg, is usually because of that advert at the top, yes i have the same problem is it the same where, it goes after 1 minute, hopefully you should not get to a break of 99 and it freezes.
