I have noticed a hell of a lot recently and it does my head in.
Why when you have been beaten and need loads of snookers let the time run down and have loads of random time penalties.... it is getting a bit out of hand but i will not name the people for the rules, but come on grow up

If it is in tournies ro3ert call a mod, thats what we are there for. If it is in normal ranked games, place the 'offender' on your list of ignored users for future reference and don't play them again.
