There have been suggestions before about cosmetic things as rewards.

I would say a maximum break is worth a golden cue anyday

was no need for that, he made a spelling error not the end of the world!.

as for the idea, i like it yeah, maybe everytime we got a century, and maximum's we can get brwnie point's?

century = 5 brownie point's
maximum = 10/15 brownie point's

or something along them line's and wwe have to get to a certain amount of poin's to get a reward, say getting to 25 point's get's you a bronze cue (which could be better because gives you better power), then 50 get's you silver (better power and accuracy) and 75 get's you a gold cue (generate's better cue action, power and accuracy) and then for 100 point's get's you the platinum cue which has everything!.

it just gives the game that little more edge, and competitiveness, also would be a good achievement to reach 100 point's, it doesn't just have to be for centuries and maximum's can have half's aswell?.

The rewards should be visual, not to help performance, it makes the game more one-sided...

And even worse, the better players are getting the game made easier for them, how does that work fairly?

well it's just the same as the ranking system... the better player's are higher, and this is the same it just make's people try harder!

It's not like the ranking system though, you don't get rewards to help with you playing for being higher in the rankings. How is it fair to give the best players on the game features that can make them even better?

That would mean not only would the better players have the advantage of being better than the worse players, but they also have things in the game to help them play better...

instead of cues, how about the points u accumalate can unable u to enter a special kind of grand slam tourny? You gather as much points as you can and the top16 on this list can enter a tourny? It similar to tennis, where players gather points to enter a special tournament end of season? What do u guys think?

"Masters" Tournaments have been discussed before and i believe may be implimented at some point.

Exactly, hence the golden cue suggestion.

There would be no practical way of doing anything to enhance one players performance over another anyway.

Power, yes I agree with, but accuracy? I'm not sure how better accuracy could be implemented, accuracy all matters with how experienced and skillful you are at funkysnooker.

Yeah but if you get lets say 5 points for a century ond 10 for a maximum...what about achievements on original...surely they would have to be scored different as it is harder to get centurys on orig and no one has ever achieved a maximum.
