As for the departure of martin jol, It is sad, He was a good manager and i liked him i thought he did a lot for tottenham. Ramos is a suitable replacement for jol though, considerin what he has done for the majority of his previous clubs.

Yes Jol is a good manager, like Steve Coppell he calls a spade a spade. There are very few managers nowadays that do that. Its just a pity he didnt do the business with Spurs.....maybe he can lead Ireland somewhere but I doubt it.
