There has been a lot of speculation over having a third game type over here on funkysnooker, however instead of a third game type i have come up with and idea (which i dont know if it has been mentioned before) to add a bit more fun and competition to the site.

Basically during a normal game of either arcade or original once a break starts so does a timer and the timer ends after the break finishes.

for example: Sean_paul gets a break of 56 in 2mins
(this would only come in to effect if its a half cent or a century)

What do you think ?

Nice idea (you used me as an example ). I can't remember if this is in the upcoming features for pool. But if this does get added, I would still like to see a third game added.

What about having a timer to see who can clear the table the fastest.Obviously after each red potting a colour.

Adds a little fun and competition
