Basically, it's a league, only 6 people in it and just to add a bit you are representing a football team. I tried a full 20 team Premier League one but that didn't work as there were too many so thought I'd try with just 6 this time.

I'm going to add a couple of restrictions to give the best chance of tournament completion.

1- You must have at least 200 forum posts, this is to show you're a regular on the forum and therefore will be on to check the thread and all that.

2- You must have played at least 500 games (On any game type), this also to add a bit of reliability.

3- You must have been a member on FunkySnooker for at least 4 months, just so I know you'll definitely stick around

What will happen is that each team plays every other team twice, home and away, and the home team will choose wether it's Original or Arcade Snooker.

I'm not going to set a website, but will keep note of all results and the league table

Sorry you two, but the conditions aren't there to be ignored... I set them and gave a reason for each...

Should it be that not many people sign up, then osullivanr will get first priority for the place, as he is closer to the conditions, and then if there's an extra place available it will go to mother1976. I will give it a day or 2 first, just to give everyone who does meet the criteria has had a chance of seeing it, and if it's not full by then then as said above will happen.

Sorry again you 2, but the conditions are there for a reason, I wouldn't have set them if I was just going to let anyone join. I've tried in the past with tournaments and due to the un-reliability of some people I'm trying to get the most reliable people to join up and therefore give the league the best chance of completion.

1 more addition to the league, when you play you will play 3 games, take note of the score in each then add them together and post that. For every 60 points scored, this will be considered as a goal, so if the score over the 3 games is 145-82, the player who scored 145 will get 2 goals, and the player who scored 82 will get 1 goal, even if both teams get the same amount of goals, as long as there is one team that gets a higher score the victory will still go to them, just the goal difference wont improve...

Oh, and the team DOESN'T have to be Premier League

Well at least you get him out the way early! It's going to be a very tough league mind!
2 quick changes, every 50 points is now worth a goal, this is instead of 60 points.

Also, after talking to Jay in our game, we thought it would be good to say that you can't concede in the game. This is so that say there are 22 points left on the table, and the person in the lead overall can concede but has a hard shot on which could result in the other player clearing up, and therefore winning overall, therefore it will make it fairer and get the most out of the game... Any questions on that (I know it's confusing), just ask, but basically, you can't concede.
