love this cup, been at least 10 shock results allready, Luton were amazing against us and deserve their replay p

With Newcastle you can't tell if it's a second string team or not. We never see our first string team 'cause of the idiot that's in charge!

that's annoying that, Sam Allardyce is a damned good manager! just you toon fans expect things to happen to fast, It's completely wrong most of your managers have failed because you fans boo them everytime they make a mistake!! take Alex Ferguson for example, It took him what, Three years before he won a domestic cup now look where he is and what he has achieved!.

Also i would like to say, Luton didn't deserve there reply, They deserved the WIN, Liverpool didn't even turn up to play today, Ok your going to say we had no gerrard or no torres, But you had carragher hyppia riise babel benayoun crouch thats more than enough to see of a league one side!.

Like you said we still should have won it. However the league lets face it once again is practically out of grasp so why we play second string teams in games like these when we NEED to go out and win these gritty games, and as for the game we didn't deserve anything from todays game. Rafa needs a rethink before he looks at the exit.

3 things

1) Luton played really well and im sure that given their situation financially they will be more than happy with a replay, and allthough they would have liked to win it there and then the people at the top of the club will see this as the best outcome.

2) Im sick of the Rafa out rumours and calls for him to be sacked, hes our manager and the players were to blame for that display, it was only Luton and allthough i dont like understrength teams in the Fa cup we should have had enough out there to win comfortably, but thats the magic of the cup.

3) Liverpool will walk the replay and progress with Luton having a little bit of revenue and a decent cup run to tell their grankids

That's not the case though, it's not that we're losing that's bothering us, it's the fact that we're playing so badly. And it's not down to the players, it's down to a manager who's getting it completely wrong.

Allardyce was a good manager with a club like Bolton, but that's as high as it goes and he should have stayed there.

The reason the manager's get booed is because they're doing a bad job, so they're already failing by the time they get booed.

Allardyce has decided that Emre, a world class player, isn't good enough to make it into a, to be honest, rubbish Newcastle team. He seems to think Butt, Geremi, Smith & Barton are all better than him, when they're not. He's the best off them.

We play such negative, boring football, but only since Allardyce has come, he goes away to get a draw, and was happy with the draw we got yesterday! We pass it along the back four for a little while, then pass it to Given or someone, who will smack it upfield and we lose the ball.

It's just a case off pass it sideways then get it lumped forward. We never try to pass it up the field.

The players we have are capable enough of doing good things for Newcastle United, and under good management have shown that (Sir Bobby Robson), but when there's a bad manager in place, there's no such thing.

Take this for example: Geremi came and was put captain straight away, then in season, he can't pass straight, he can't run with or without the ball and he can't tackle, yet because he's one of Big Sham's signings, he plays constantly

Smith does nothing except foul and get booked due to being played out of position, but because he's one of Big Shams, he keeps playing, and gets captaincy.

Milner, N'Zogbia and sometimes Martins are some of our best players, yet on most occasions find themselves out of position.

So before you say that Newcastle's lack of success is down to the fans, think again. Why do 52,000 people turn up every home game? To get on the team's back? We get on their back's when we're not happy with performances; not results.

We don't normally get on the back of a manager this quickly, but we're so annoyed at everything he's doing.

Agree with that to a certain extent. I never normally boo, however, I have twice this season. It's unnacceptable to lose 4-1 to Portsmouth & 3-0 to Liverpool at home. And it wasn't down to luck, it was down to the tactics of the manager.

However, I can see why other fans do boo. But at the moment, the team isn't being booed. The manager is.

We took 1 out of 6 points off Derby. Why? Because of the tactics and positioning. And this has cause a loss of many points.

i understand what your saying Tom, But i think what sam is doing is correct, Ok your probably thinking 'how the hell do you work that one out' but what he is doing is trying out different tactics, Formations and putting players in different posistions (like ferguson did at united) ok at the minute it's doing you no favours, But even before he started changing your natural system ect. what was you achieving?, Nothing so he hasn't changed anything in that respect.

i will give him a year, Maybe two and he will have you back in the hot spot, Challenging for fourth (thats if he gets that long) if i was a toon fan yes i wouldn't be happy i would want him to change his tactics, But wanting him out after how long, Five months is it?, Thats wrong that i think they should have a guarenteed job for atleast the season.

I can see why other fans think the way they do as well... But going to watch the rubbish that is getting played 19 games a season, then more when you travel to watch and include cup games is extremely frustrating.

What annoys me is he had a good set-up when he came, having a decent start to the season, but then he messed about with things without anything going wrong to have an excuse to do so, things then went wrong, but he didn't go back.

Emre is one of our best players, and our most creative player, yet he's on the bench week-in, week-out.

He never seems to try a team without players that he signed and are avaialable. It's his ego, what he thinks is right is right, nevermind what happens and what everyone else thinks.

And I hate to see what he'll do this month, looking at his signings in the summer, wasted about 18 million on a criminal, and 2 players who can't do what they're supposed to do!

problems with Newcastle are, the fans think their a big team and a big club buut at the end of the day your a well supported team but with no honours to speak of.

Secondly, to many managers ina little space of time, look at Fergie, Love him or hate him, hes done an amazing job and the players know the manager, the same can now be said for arsene wenger.

I don't want Shearer in at the moment... Not got the management skills as you say... It's just some mad toon fans that think that would be the right choice.

And people may get the impression we think we're a big team, but a lot of us, those who've got their feet firmly on the ground know that we aren't the club we were 4 or 5 years ago. However, when the manager is doing to the club what Big Sham is doing to us at the moment we do get annoyed, due to the fact that everyone know's what he's doing is completely wrong.
