1530: GOAL Liverpool 1-2 Havant & Waterlooville
I can't type. My hands are shaking. Alfie Potter's strike is deflected in by Martin Skrtel for an own goal. The odds on the biggest Cupset of all time are now 16-1.

1527: GOAL Liverpool 1-1 Havant & Waterlooville
It hurts me to be the bearer of bad news but Lucas is given time and space to curl in a beauty from just outside the box. Oh well it was amazing while it lasted for 19 minutes

Bloomin ec! were awful!

make that 5

dunno what you were all on about, it was obviuos we would win, granted not in the way we wanted but hey in the FA Cup th result matters and not the performance or goals scored/conceded.

Having said that Havent will be delighted and i'm happy for them they got 2 goals, were in the lead twice and have got their souveneirs plus, "something to tell their grandchildren" hope some of them get professional contracts out of it now, but at the end of the day we're through

you shouldn't be happy about beating a team of amateurs 5-2 at home, going behind twice.

Liverpool were lucky, if they had played like that against a decent team they would have been stuffed, but in the end they are through, and Rafa fights for another day.

Very well played havant and waterlooville!, Confrence south team against a top four premiership team, With 123 places between them, They deserve full credit for thereinsperational run in the FA cup.

I think it was obvious what the outcome would be, Although havant + waterlooville did put up an impressive fight, But at the end of the day it's the FA cup and result's are all that matter i'm afraid. Although they lost i think they should go home with their heads held high!.

Liverpools performance was poor from what i heard (was listening to it on gillete soccer saturday) fair enough they wasn't playing a full strength squad but your reserves should of been enough to see the minnows off.

Crouch is a fringe player, Riise is off form, and masch isn't there to get goals.

Torres, Gerrard and Carra on bench, so not full team really, perfect result in my eyes, not for Liverpool but for the FA Cup. And Yoss got a hatrick Lucas got his 1st for us and Crouchie got a much needed goal.

When did i say you had your reserves out?, If you read properly i said your reserves should even be enough to beat them...

Edit: I'd like to know why they didn't show this on Sky or BBC?? It was the tiethat sums up the fa cup but they went for wigan V chelsea - not really a glamour tie.

Shaun, I dont think he was pointing out that you said reserves , more so the fact that these highly paid and professional players were just about good enough to beat a pub team.

Im so disillusioned with LFC (and football) at the moment Im not even gonna comment. Think Im gonna start following rugby as my 1st choice sport. At least them guys dont prance around the pitch like prima donnas and fall in a heap if somebody brushes off them.
