Well the size is the same, but the table runs a lot faster. I don't know if that's what rbrt means, but I much preferred it slower.

There were changes to the animation code in the previous update (the release before arcade snooker). However, the actual physics of the game is the same.

The animation code change fixed a bug which caused the shot not to be displayed on later Java versions under certain circumstances. It should run more consistantly across machines now.

If the general consensus the table is running too fast it can be altered...
