you would have no case- it wouldnt get to court- its not like last time where it was an uprecedented situation; now there is a rule for when it happens- as the two mikes say it would be tuff luck i doubt liverpool will win the CL this year anyway so i wouldnt worry

Yep it wouldn't surprise me if they got beat 3-0 in Milan (the 2 mikes wont like that haha) but it would be a great achievement for everton if they finish fourth no matter what happens.
