I think this has been covered before, but it hasn't changed so i will bring it up again... Is any1 else really annoyed with losing big breaks due to the yellow.... the edges aren't as clear against the green background meaning its much harder to pot than the other balls. Rather than as suggested before being able to take the white line away whihc makes the problem even worse, i would suggest being able to change the table cloth colour on your own table for each shot.... you could change it to purple for when you wanted to pot the yellow. Or the yellow could be changed to be slightly sharper. I know its only a small problem and most players still pot 100% yellows off the spot but it just seems a little unfair. a?ny thoughts?

On arcade, i don't see the problem but on orig recently ive been having problems with it. But i just compensate and aim slightly different and further away from the yellow and it seems to do the trick.

How is it unfair? Its exactly the same for every other user on this site. It doesnt stop 107's and original centurys being made regularly by the players who have worked the yellow ball out. Just find a way to compensate the pot on yellow and deal with it.

Or maybe make the yellow ball slightly darker than it is

i didnt mean unfair, i know its the same for every player, but in real snooker is it harder to pot the yellow than the green? No it's not, so why should it be on here?

Bringing this topic back up, i really think it should be made slightly darker, it is harder to tell the corners, surely it has cost some of you a good break, we shouldnt have to compensate for it

Back on subject, the yellow doesn't need changing its fine as it is!

it's not fine, it IS more difficult than the other balls to pot, and that isn't fair, there needs to be a function to change cloth colour for a shot. Mite make the game a bit more interesting too!

That's all a matter of opinion. I have had no trouble at all recently with it.

Ive never had any problems with it either.

Try adjusting the brightness and contrast of your screen, to see if it helps.

tired adjusting everything, and it just cost me a win in the funkyprem, im so annoyed. I really need to be able to change the colour of the ball or table... i know some of you dont have the problem, but some of us do. in real life it the same degree of difficulty to pot the yellow as the green.... but on here i miss about 6/10 yellows off their spots... and it is really annoying. i occasionally get prblems but not many
yesterday i missed yellow on 49 and on 47

but apart from that no other problems with it

I was able to make significant changes to the colour of the yellow ball by modifying the RGB level of the monitor.

Also try adjusting your resolution and maybe upgrade your graphics card drivers.

i wudnt be surprised if you pot black from spot even when ure snookered im sure you cheat

I have had lots of anoying situations with the yellow, missed loads of cents only cas i couldnt see the yellow properly, and i would love the yellow ball to be slighty darker than it is now it would be really helpfull and am sure everyone would agree.

For me, the yellow is perfect thats the only 1 I guarantee will go in each time lol

Its the same for everyone so just have to deal with it
