Hey look, everytime you need to complain about abusive language and constant harassment, i cant use the complaint function, ive looked on the game query thread and on games help, how do you actually do it in laymans terms? ive tried following the instructions but the people keep gettin away with it, and it aint just abuse at me which obviously i'd ignore, it's very bad personal stuff that i cant stand, so i need to know that we'll be supporting if the rotten abuse goes on? yep m8 and i think that you should be able to send another complaint in 15mins instead of only after 30

That's Not what he's asking, Tom its quite simple and it should be like this

Complaining About : Virtuoso107

Complaint Reason : ---------- (this can be one of 5 reasons)

1. no reason - quite literally no reason
2. racist behaviour - if someone has made a racist slur. (even in jest)
3. unprovoked continuous offensive language - if someone has continually swore/been abusive towards you.
4. unprovoked serious threat - i.e someone says they're going to "get" you in not as nice wording.
5. requires specific admin attention - this is none of the above but needs to be looked at by the admin team.

Also mate when you click the "send complaint" it must be one of the exact reasons mentioned, so maybe copy and paste the reason from the list rather than typing it.

Not sure if you should include the inverted commas though....

Every complaint passed on to the admin team is dealt with in a non-biased, fair and neutral manner.

All complaints received will be accessed and the necessary action will be taken to ensure that no users will 'get away with it'.

Although you must realise that not all offenses will automatically warrant a ban.

You can rest assure that the 'send complaint' functionality is extremely useful in keeping the site family friendly, and keeping abusive users to a minimum.

Also, due to user privacy, after the complaint has been sent, it is out of your hands. All users at least have the right to ensure all actions against them can be kept in the strictest confidence between them and the staff.

yeah thanks that is helpful. also when I said they keep gettin away with it, I just meant that I couldn't actually get the complaint sent lol. not any inactions on your part

Yep as Josh said that some people expect a reply once they have submitted a complaint and people misunderstand that not replying to the complaintant doesnt mean that the offender wasnt punished.

In fact it means the exact opposite. Every single complaint is dealt with, that is a promise.

Hope you get it sorted Tom, nobody likes this sort of carry on and we wont tolerate it.

Right just to update, I have now got everything sorted with thanks to you three, Cuchulain Virtuoso107 and Luckypot. I was making everything far more complicated than it is and I can now work it properly lol . Sorry about this but thank you three for the time you put into this helpin me out. Greatly appreciated. :)
