-How about a World Championship for Arcade Snooker? However, players will not play in the championship individually. Teams will be selected from each country to represent there countries.
-I'm not quite sure how many players will be needed for each country, however 3 or 5 players sounds good with some 2 subs just in case one of the top players are not available. The best selection process in my opinion will be to go from tournament wins as it shows which players play the best under tournement conditions. If there are not enough players for each country, a secondry selection process will be needed for example, go by number of wins or current ranking. If a player does not wish to compete then the second best player will be selected for the teams.
-This will mazimize the popularity of the site and encourage new players to join. The best country will be awarded the Arcade Snooker World Champions! There will also be a player championship along side to see who actually is the best player!

Sorry mate but i don't see this happening because tournaments like this are always a tried and always fail so I don't think mod/admins will like this.

good idea but is there enough people in different countries to make it a decent tournament. because if there is only like 4 countries it wont be very good

Theoretically there should be plenty (see http://www.funkysnooker.com/help.do?section=community_stats ) but could be difficult to organise due to time zone differences.

wow iv never seen that before. almost 2million games have played on arcade. thats mad lol... also people could say they from a country which has less people so they get more chance of playing in the tourny. it would be too hard to organise and will prob neve come into place

The IP address of the players can be used to verify if they come from their stated country. Yes it will be difficult to organize and it will take a long time to develop it further. But in the long run, it will be worth it!
