I know that this isn't going to be popular and probably open to abuse, but how's about having a 'Sportsmanship' button to press if you are in a ranked game (and losing) and the other player's system crashes that scratches the match.

I don't know about anyone else but I hate winning that way - especially when its a high ranked player who has lots of points to lose.

Its happened to me three times already today (two against virtuosos)and its starting to get embarrassing.

However if your opponent game crashes and you dont click the button then that leaves a "why didnt you cancel the game" scenario.

People should be actively optimising their PCs, having this button would lessen this likelihood.

IMO, not really a runner mate but keep the ideas coming

That's because it happened to us earier and my laptop was being funny...

Also you would get people purposely cutting the internet connection in the hope the opponent clicks the button

Surely not

... but I only envisaged it being available if you were losing since there are many players at the moment that just leave if they are getting beaten rather than wait for the inevitable. Can't see it happening though so its a tad academic

not a bad idea, but i dont think it will be a popular button lol cas the mojority of memebers would probabley want the opponenet to leave, but it's still a good idear mate
