Should he be aloud to be a part of the GB team in the beijing olympics?
personally i dont think he should as i believe the younger stars who are clean and put good performances in should be in there ahead of him

Im not sure to be honest. No doubt he's a good athlete (proved it with that 10:00 sec run) but he did take drugs which got him banned. Im not sure what i would do but i think he won't be allowed as it is clearly in the rules he can't go to the olympics.

In my opinion he should.. as long as he learns.. and teaches people from his drugs time then he should go to the olympics. At the end of the day he's the quickest guy in this country and it will be a waste of top athlete.

Yeah he has proved on numerous occasions that he can still perform without drugs but i dont think this will effect the decision that has got to be made about his place in the olympics because he is supposed to be banned for life.

I think that he shouldn't as they drugs have developed him in a way that might not have been possible for him to do naturally and he might not be as quick as he is. Younger stars should be given a chance of success instead of just sticking to old druggies (no offence).

it's the british rules that say he can't go,so their hands are tied unless they want to go and undermine their own anti-drug policy...

I don't think that he should go back to the olympics but I think if he doesnt then we got a less chance of getting a medal,
How I see it he is a very bad sports man he is the one who chose to do drugs and he must new to some level of degree that he would of got caught because they get drug tested after nearly every race.
Personally, how I see it if you want a medal at the olympics let him run if not give somebody else a try!

He lost the case...
Its typical of this country... the quickest guy in the country won't be competing at the olympics.

He's not going because he cheated in taking drugs. If he got let off, that would be like say Man Utd did the same thing that Leeds did, but Man Utd got off without a punishment.
There is one set of rules, and those rules have to stand for everyone. Just because someone is a top athlete and has a great chance of a medal doesn't mean he should be allowed to cheat and take drugs.
Everyone has to play by the same rules.

They don't stand for everyone, other countries don't have to abide by these rules so its stupid that we do. And people wonder why the sport in this country has got much worse...

Dwain Chambers knew the rules when he took the drugs. Those rules have to stand no matter who is being punished. Just because it's a 'top' athlete who is being punished doesn't mean the rules should be changed.
If he got let off with it, that's putting the message out that people can take drugs in athetics, but then is someone going to be punished in future for taking them even if Chambers were to be let off?
The rules can't be changed for one athlete 'cause he's believed to have a good chance of a medal!

Simple as he shouldn't go! He was banned for life! The rules shouldn't be bent just because he has came into some form! He should realise he isn't above the rules!
