I no it can be done will we be able to have a seperate part just for the Clan members so Say only the 10 players in Sharpshooters will have a place to post that nobody will be able to read and same for each of the other clans well obv mods will be able to access it but just made it hidden to the unselect 10?

hmm good idea, maybe a clan leader should be selected to moderate that forum and select which players to give access to

Why not create a forum outside funkysnooker?

I'v noticed on a few leagues that hosts create at least a basic formatted website in which players can post results, chat and view tables, ladders and results.

Why not do it for the current clans? I see you have 4 or 5 clans created now, and it would be much easier to create a simple site with a few pages.

You can then create tables, view or post results and view clans and their players. Rather than filing through forums over here, you can just post a direct link in forum (or profile if you prefer). I'm sure it would be much easier even if you created a new forum, plus i doubt finding someone to create it would be an issue as plenty have done so in other leagues.

Just a thought but i think it would be so much easier and more fun.

Also, clan leaders can choose to moderate the site if they wish

I see your point but looking at the current forums, you have quite a handfull of threads relating to clans. Ideally, a new forum would be great as it cleans it up a bit, but i just thought a basic customised site or forum would be more clearer and easier, and you could create your own format for a table or chart reflecting results, which is something that can't be done here.

It's easier for the hosts too, who may have to search through a few pages to find a result in order to calculate a clan's progress and so on.
This clan idea looks great and quite a popular thing too, so i can't see why this can't be done where smaller leagues have done so

Why is the sign for the funkysnooker elite clan F.S.E. when funkysnooker is one word - surely it should just be F.E.
