The O2 banner renders the game impossible. I'll be back when this one is deactib=vated too. It's worse than the Sky one you had.

They are there to keep Funkysnooker, and pool free.

If you want to lower the quality of the ad, right click > Quality > Low. This will make the game lag a little less, but not completely disappear.

you sure it's just not your internet running slow because i've had this ad today and it has been fine when it's on.

I was on pool earlier myself and everything was alright until that very ad came on. Lowering the quality doesn't help a great deal, but it's better than nothing.

The O2 one does break guidelines, hopefully be removed soon.

Lowering the quality does nothing for me and I run 8mb unlimited on fibre optic cable so it's certainly not my pc or internet. I had the problem on Arcade Snooker, when I saw another O2 ad on Pool it ran ok.

Deactivate the ad then?

i haven't had a lag problem from ad in a while i usually get lag from pc running slow

I think the server should be upgraded then a ad wouldnt make any difference =)

i just had a tourney game in 1st round, 02 ad comes up and i cannot play. I lost, all because of the ad, but o well as long as the sites free

The ads are never near the server. The come directly from the ad provider to your PC, and thats where the lag is generated.

Hasn't been mentioned for a while, but making sure nothing else is running will improve the game performance no end. The two most comon things are MSN/Live messenger and spyware/adware "scanners".
