I know what your saying jon, but at the end of the day has mini-golf on pool got rank? No it has not, not only that killer is based on a pub game.

Dont get me wrong its a great addition to the site, without a doubt, but would it be so popular if it was original snooker as the base game for killer? I think not. The only reason its popular is because its A) fun B) on arcade & C) got a ranking system now.

Personally keep it ranked but why introduce it into overall rank?

Those are my thoughts, please give some feedback lads and lasses.

I'm not saying bring it in straight away and i understand what your saying, but if it gets really popular why not have it ranked?

I believe the reason Mini Golf hasn't got a rank is because there is no-one to stop you getting a 9 every time once you've learnt the angles, however with the other games there is always another person trying to win.

As for Killer being based on a Pub Game, Snooker also begin in a place similar to a Pub, the Officers Mess.

Both those websites state where Snooker began, so your argument about Killer being based on a Pub Game falls, as the game of Snooker was also originally based in a place similar to a pub.

As nick said, it shows how versatile you are, rather than just how good you are. Introducing it into overall would probably make it more popular, since people would have to play it to keep their rank up. I'm all for introducing it into the Overall Rank, however not at equal values with the other two games.

i disagree about what you said on golf though. Talk to ab and youll see what i mean

although i dont particulary like killer myself it does need to be included in overall rank. If it is included in your overall then i will play it. If it isnt included then i will rarely play it. Im playing it a bit on pool at the minute purely so that if it does come into ya overall i dont have to start from 675.
I dont really see the point in weighting it either so that killer is worth less overall.
If ya gonna add it to overall rank then do it properly, not half-heartedly

killers more like a minigame that doesnt really indicate how good someone is at snooker

i agree with what some others have said about versatility, but im against having this included in the overall rankings
