Its just like a multi-player game that used to be played often in my old local, i don't see how its related to killer other than in having multiple players.

Imagine ste_efc, sean_paula and virtuoso107 all in one room playing a ranked game. the rewards ranked wise would be better if you won. There would need to be a fair way of deciding who goes thrid though. Maybe you have to roll up to the bottom cushion and the closest goes first etc.
