Still not completely happy yet Mike, reckon there'll be something still going on. What would make me happy would be getting Dennis Wise away.
The club statement-

Probably dissapointed most other football fans and the media though as there's nothing major to laugh at us about... yet.

I've got a funny feeling hes left on his own accord, is that still a possibility? It doesn't really say in the statement wether he is still newcastle manager?
I also believe that Keegan isn't happy with the sales of James Millner, the potential selling of toms favourite Joey barton and i also believe he didn't give his blessings on xisco and the other loanee.
Just my hunches.

i would have been dissapointed if kevin keegan had of gone
they have had a good start
i mean theyve had
manchetser united(AWAY)
Bolton(HOME)
Arsenal(AWAY)
last season they got owned by united home and away
they didnt this season
they got a point
last season they proberly wouldn't have beating bolton at home but they did even if it was just by the 1 goal
and arsenal away
well that was there only bad game but 3-0 away to arsenal
could have been worse
so in my eyes keegans sacking would have been stupid and i would have been very dissapointed

Yeah but most like to laugh at Newcastle
On the signings- Wise & Co. we're bought in for all that, I mean the signings we've made are good, but not good enough. We were told 2 or 3 signings would be made after Milner left, we got some young un-heard of Spanish guy, and a loanee.
And yep he could still walk- that might be what the meetings have been about

1 problem with Keegan is he is a walker. History tells us that much. He wears his heart to much on his sleeve.

Curbishly has gone for the same sort of reasons, he wasn't happy with the way the club was being run and the fact that he wasn't being able to do exactly what managers are supposed to be able to do.
This is what's going on with Keegan- Dennis Wise. He should never have been hired in the first place, nevermind given a position such as that. In my eyes it's either Wise or Keegan that's going to end up going, and if it's Keegan, SJP will be seeing it's lowest ever league attendances (Since the 'upgrade') over the coming months.
I've not really been the biggest fan of Curbishly in the past, but I really do respect what he did yesterday.

It's not particularly wises fault, hes just doing what he was appointed to do.
but keegan does wear his heart on his sleeve to much, e.g resigning from the england job and his rant at sir alex with his famous "i would love it" speech

This is an absolute joke. There aren't words strong enough (Especially that are accepted on this forum!) that describe how I feel about that joke of an owner.
He doesn't own us it as a football club, he owns it as a business and it's an absolute disgrace.
On a football (Primarily Newcastle fans) forum I go on, everyone believed that it was either Wise or Keegan to go, and look at what Ashley has done.
Never have I been more annoyed as a Newcastle fan, this is the beginning of our downfall in my eyes.
There is only one reason that I am looking forward to the Newcastle v Hull game now, and that is because I want Mike Ashley, Dennis Wise etc. to realise how much the fans disagree with this decision and their feelings towards him now.
Now I wonder if we'll ever see that XXXXXL large Newcastle shirt in the away fans again!

By shame on Newcastle, do you mean that we're in the wrong? Or it's a shame for Newcastle?
If it is that we're in the wrong, the only people in the wrong are Ashley and Wise & Co.
Lord_Snooker summed it up well- pushed out, didn't walk out.
