is anyone experiencing problems on original 4 2 days now i have been awful i thought it was just bad form but has got progressively worse and am now missing balls that are nearlly in anyway by miles.

No im not just rubbsih lol but its so depressing to not be able to pot blks off its spot

Im sure the cursor must be moving after clicking or sumthing suppose it sould be my comp but hey

No colours line up properly either which could suggest the game

spinner says i needed to reboot the mouse driver but i have no idea if its better now as im only guna play in a min


This was because when i tried to change the mouse pointer speed no matter where it was the speed didnt change

we are in 57 on first break

scrath that now 3 days and missing perfectly lined up short pots

Do you have a spare mouse to try? or borrow a mates? just to see if its your mouse

Before weakend 9_darter was complaining about the angles being different but everything was fine for me. But today after few days away I played my first game and something had changed. My brakeshot was bad and I missed easy shots like black from its spot.

The change in angles is not huge actually only one pixel when shooting black for example from its spot but still noticeable and I have to learn the angles again.

My screenshot shows the diffence between now and what it was before. Above is how im shooting the black to bottom corner transparent being current situation and bottom showing my brakeshot.

Nothing has changed on my computer as far as I know. Still using same browser and same Java-version. Not absolutely sure if any Windows or browser updates installed though but propably not.



edit: and the screenshot of black shot is not lined vertically but is horizontaly

edit2: I'm 100% sure it's not mouse problem and 90% sure it's got nothing to do with my computer. Not sure but I might have this same issue with Carom aswell. Haven't played other games lately so don't know about them.

And I think that this should be in "Game Quearies" with different thread title like "Changed angles"

This is getting too frustrating. I cant seem to get used to these totally new angles and I don't think I have patience to learn the game all over again.

im having trouble with arcade.. i put it down to playing too much carom. but some of the shots im taking are wayyyy off target. not even hitting the knuckle.

I kinda noticed that afew time's recently hitting a ball and its going completely different to where it "should". But i dont know if it's the game itself or most likely my skill level.

finally people are starting to notice what i did a couple of weeks ago it cant just be my comp or my rubbishness lol

i cant shoot sometimes on table and i have heard others are experiencing this also.

There's a possibility the white cursor pattern is not being redrawn correctly - however this would lead to occasionally incorrect angles. I will patch today with a fix which prevents any chance of this occurring.

OK, I found that some code optimisation introduced an error to the way the balls were painted on screen, meaning that balls could be painted upto 1 pixel incorrect. I have fixed this now.
