Seeing Yakubu in an Everton shirt 5 times this season he has scored 3 goals, and what goals they where finishing wise! Is he the best finisher to grace the premier league? He is definitely up their!


Since he joined Everton for a club record fee of 11.5 million pounds Moyes has transformed him into a powerful energetic striker, and is now one of the best strikers in the world!

i would say he is nowhere near as good as most he is not in the top 5 strikers in the prem. in fact he is not in the best 5 strikers in citys squad now

David Moyes (in my opinion) is one of the best managers in this country, he is passionate, and sticks up for his team also he is a great footballing coach. Most teams would pay anything for our manger and you know that Chris!

Why say he is fat :S? He isn't fat, he is actually a very pacey forward and now (under Moyes) loves to run.
He is a great bet for top goal scorer in the premier league!

Lescott! Pff he has had a poor poor start to this premier league campaign, i think there is too much expectation on him. He was one of the rising stars of the premier league last year but this term he has cost us a lot of points (cost us 2 goals today and could possible send us out of Europe!).

As for Arteta, come on Chris the man is a genius and full of class lol.

And Moyes is a top top manager and you know it.

i dont like lescott me i dont know why!! and i dont like moyes coz he is ginger i think! but he is a great manager got ure team up there consistantly with no money hardly!

I think we will struggle in Belgium also, we need a strong team spirit and don't concede a goal to go through. As for lescott he knows his place is there whether he scores 7 owns goals or plays a blinder! So that could be the reason he is playing woeful this season!

Haha no chance! Arteta's loyalty for an English club such as Everton is amazing, he is the crowds idol! For his commitment and pure class he will be a legend for many years with Everton football club.

As for Many city you can have as much money as you want but you still have to build a bond and communication between the foreign lads, that will be a tough job for Mark Hughes, but i wouldn't complain as you are the richest club in the world, but still if Moyes had that money we would be unstoppable!

You need to give a manager time to get to know the club, chairman, fans and players. Moyes has had Everton for 6 and a half years and to be honest the best signing Bill kenwright (Everton chairman) has ever made is David Moyes!


Best manager i have ever seen, just for his love of the game and what i said in other posts! Its very rare you get people like that in the game these days.

Yakubu is a good striker. He isnt the best in the PL but hes certainly good enough to threaten the top goalscorers chart again.

Moyes is a good manager, i hope sparky can prove himself at city this season and get them into top 6 before pushing on for top 4 next season.

I like City, hope they do well, ask toontom, i played as city on our online FM2008

Oh and chris, serious question.

Is daniel gonna get a look in this season, or any other season for that matter now the arabs are pumping unlimited transfer funds in. Id love to have him on loan for a season at Forest, though i concede hes more likely to go Hull or somewhere like that.

Ok here it is i personally dislike david moyes most out of all the prem managers i think just 4 his attitude i really don't like it however i do happen to like yakubu and would love top see him at Bolton tbh ste he isnt and wont be top5 prem strikers but his work rate now is second to none and many clubs would benefit from him

daniel sturridge is a top striker mate and i hope he gets his chance this year in cup games and a few apperances before january lol before we sign yakubu and torres hahaha! ill go to mark hughes's house tomorra mate and see what he says he is my uncles best mate so ill see what he says!

I got to go agree, I don't think yakubu is much cop but hes doing the job for everton and aslong as he keeps it up he will be a top player for Everton! but all so chris, Robinho I think he is not worth half of that 32.5mil that your rich owner over paid for,Sure he scored a great free kick but when they played AC Omonia he did nuthing for them imo persoanlly he is to over rated!

How can anyone say Yakubu isnt one of the greatest forwards the prem has seen?, just go look at his record.

And as for David Moyes, Moyes is the best manager outside the top 3 or possibly even the best bar Alex Ferguson who is the greatest manager to grace the premier league, when you look what moyes has done on a VERY limited transfer fund, broke the transfer record 4 times whilst at Everton and signed quality players like Arteta,Cahill,Lescott and most recently Felliani there is no questioning that he is one of the best in the country.

Lol at some of the comments above. Man city pffft. Anyways my opinion on yakubu is he is a class striker, if he got good service he would be one of the top strikers because he is big strong and can finish. He would be one of the top goalscorers in the league if he was at a top 4 club.

As for Yakubu, he's good, but not amazing, I wouldn't say I was dissapointed if he came to Newcastle that's for sure.

And on Moyes, I do believe he is a top manager, and also, he's one of the better people in the game. By that I mean he is honest and he wont come out saying stuff he doesn't mean.

He would be someone I wouldn't mind seeing in charge at Newcastle!
