every time i come on, at somepint it will freeze for a second all the way up to 20 minutes!

If i lag to much what i do is go to tools ,press manage add ons and just disable the shock wave player for a bit this should help.But remember to enable it after you have finished playing on the site

i do that a lot, but for some reason its not working, but i also have pop-ups wether thats got anything to do with it
