Right I've had a few questions about this. What I intend to do is take the people that enter and put them into appropriate numbered teams. If 20 people enter, then there will be 4 teams of 5, for example.

However, I understand that people may not want to leave their current clan, maybe because they've had it for a long time and don't feel like leaving for an event.

Once entries have closed and teams have been organized, transfers may take place for a set period of time between teams. This will be explained further once I can guarantee there are enough people to participate.

If this goes ahead, the game type will be Arcade Snooker, first to three frames. If there are any further questions, feel free to message or pm me.

Not exactly. This is an event where clans will be organized for this event only. You are free to join other clans and play separate clan matches, however they will not play a part in this.
