Management in the Lower Leagues for me, always Swindon Town but haven't got enough depth in sqaud so not doing very well! Got Reading away in 3rd round of F.A Cup + need to sign players (just about to enter January 1st season)

on my 2nd season with celtic. won the league and league cup last season.

playing man city in the 1st knockout stage of the UEFA cup just now.

on my 4th season with sambenedettese started with ac milan got sacked took over sambenedettese in the italian c1 b got them promoted to serie b currently 3rd place in serie b with real chance of promotion bet ac wish they never sacked me =)

om my 3rd season was with wigan but got sacked currently in charge of colchester in league one in playoffs but on goal difference with 6 games to go and play ntop2 in next 3 games

Just done 1st season with Swindon. Was as high as 2nd then had bad run at wrong time. Eventually finished 7th one place outside the playoffs.

Would have been in playoffs but conceded late eqauliser to draw last game 1-1 against Hereford and miss out by 2 points.

Not best of starts to my 2nd season either. W3 D6 L2. Same problem as last season drawing too many not to mention lost my captain to injury after 1st game due to broken leg.

I'll try that then, usaully play straight 4-4-2 with 1 center mid pushing forward and the other playing back.

Also like to bring youth players up through the ranks.
