when I try and log in I get a message saying there has been an error, and to copy this message and use the contact us feature. Here it is.

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1

My java is fine, it comes up with a verdict of success, but because of the message, I guess it's some fault with java or funkysnooker itself.

Anyone know whats happening?

Ok what ever it was i've fixed it now, just logged in and out a few times, and then was fine. Still a strange message to get.

i have had the same problem i send it to the contact us form which is what they said to do so i dont know have to wait the_kop or lol can you tell me how long it took before you were able to log back in

I'm getting this error too, when I log into the game as myself. As a guest, I can log in.


My Java information is the following


I haven't changed anything special to my computer since last time I could log in. I tried to restart my computer but it didn't help.

Have you tried it on another browser? Or reinstall opera (which is what you use i think)

I have just been trying with other browsers, it's the same everywhere: Firefox 3.0.5, IE7, Opera, Safari.

Maybe it's some mystical sign to show me I should do something constructive tonight...

I just logged out and back in and mine was fixed, but I see you have already tried that.

Thanks God I've met Nick on pool, and he could do something to fix my problem. Everything is working well now!

What caused the problem out of interest?

Now I have exactly the same problem. I can open game window without problem as guest but I get this error when opening game window if I'm logged in no matter what browser I'm using.
