It would be good if one of the mods could get up early or maybe one from this side of the world.There has never been one around at say 5.00 AM.Yeti last logged in on the 8th June!!!!The latter may be a problem as myself and Nick are the only non European based snooker players i know of.The language and abuse is constant,i would guess because they no there is no chance of a mod and people cannot be bothered to fill in a complaint.
That said,i did complain yesterday and the culprit is no longer around.Was he removed?

I would gladly be a moderator and im usually on in the early morning, but i havent been signed up for 3 months yet. As soon as i am I will try to be a moderator and come on as much as possible at early hours.

If you notice any offensive language, racism or spamming, then sending a complaint to the admin team would be the best option. Or if a particular user is constantly offending, then use the contact us option (found on the help page).

Or if abuse is thrown directly at you in the pm window, you can either send a chat log through the send complaint option or ignore user using the ignore user option.

Thanks farren.Your own moderating is flawless.I have seen you around many times and your posts are concise and to the point.As for the others mods,i have used the contact link as advised by yourself and playerx on the pool site and we shall see.Its not easy to find so,i couple of tiny links to get there.Maybe there is some reticence about hundreds of e-mails.Kind of,its there,but dont make a big fuss or we will be swamped. lol.Complain is easy enough to find.

I think as the number of registered users rises the number of moderators should rise too. Preferably we need some mods from different locations around the world.

But the number of registered users will only go up if the service is good. If a new player comes onto the game and gets abused instantly then he will leave this game and never come back. I think increasing the mods needs to come before an increase of users.
