Ok, so i understand why there is no practice table for killer, to stop us doing perfect breaks, but i think it should at least be possible to break without fouling i.e. only have to have two balls hit a cushion. It really annoys me that half the time i get a life taken off, just because i have broken and its a lottery whether or not 3 balls hit the cushions

it is not a lottery attal is it. do you do it with your eyes closed and no sense of power? its not a random shot and it is not hard to not foul the break

Put the white in the middle of the half circle
Hit the top red full on
Hit with full power
You will hit 3 and will pot 1

Or hit it like ya do on arcade, hit the 2nd red down on the pack, put the white right on the edge of the 'D'. Sometimes you can pot the black from it.

Thanks guys, big help, i didn't word my initial post very well, thats what happens while posting and playing in a tourny final at the same time lol. I still think you should maybe get a second attempt at the break, much like you get 2 attempts to pot, before you lose a life, as if the balls collide with each other or the cue on their way to a cushion you don't always get 3 in my experience!
