if theres commitment and williness to the clan im sure ryan wont leave, hes just sick of all the bickering going on at this time.
Clans got to be fully commmited and friends with everyone to be successful, hope ryan will come back and you will be learn from this experience and become even stronger from this.

plenty of commitment shown - dobbzee especially wantin to help out - no-one else has even talked about leavin except for Ryan!!!!!
understand everyone stickin up 4 their mates - but please dont go leavin messages that our clan players aren't committed. (apologies if I have mis-understood - can be a bit daft after a few on a saturday night - lol)
i also haven't seen any bickering until his post earlier on!!!
what we need dgen and buddy is our clan carrying on exactly the way it has been going because it will win the clan league - lol

Fair comment mate. No offence was intended Merv and I'm sorry if it seemed like that.
As you are well aware from other clans in the past, little things like this can escalate out of proportion, resulting in a breakdown of an otherwise top class clan (which would be a shame for the Ryders). Perhaps if I had taken time to read the thread properly, I wouldn't have been quite so hasty in commenting on something that is not my business.
