It's probably a fault with my laptop, but i thought i'd query it anyway; every time i try to close the funkysnooker window after playing, an 'application error' pops up on my screen essentially preventing me from closing funkysnooker without using task manager and end task....
As i said it's probably my laptop's issue, but is anyone else suffering similar problems??

Whew, when I saw this thread title pop up, I nearly had a heart attack
But seriously, it sounds like a Java error to me as well but you can never be sure without knowing all the facts. As youngjeezy said, spinner is the best person to answer the question and can point you to the appropriate thread on how to solve Java problems if applicable.

Uninstall all java from you computer
then reboot even if it doesn't ask you to
then go to http://www.java.com/en/ and download java again, you should be ok after that

Sounds like you're using beta 2 of Internet Explorer 8.
This is a known bug with Java, and nothing to do with the funkysnooker (it will happen anytime you try to close a page running a java applet).
If you want to stick with the beta browser, then you're stuck with it for now, if not, then either use another browser for the game or roll back to IE7.
If its not IE8, let us know what browser and java version you're running.

Ok, cheers for that, the same problem occurs for any java i run...
I'll just stick with it for now as it's not really a major issue... thanks everyone for clearing that up for me.
