Here is Ronnies latest rant on snooker:

my enthusiasm to play a little bit different,"

It's quite uninspiring coming to tournaments,"

"I still enjoy playing but sometimes I wonder do I want to go to Ireland for 30 grand or go to China for 40 grand or Bahrain and there are two people in the crowd."

"I remember the good days when it was fun going to tournaments and now it doesn't feel like fun."

"The people who are running snooker seem to be going backwards. Nothing seems to be happening and it just feels boring and the sport is dying"

"There are little rules brought in like penalising players for conceding when you don't need snookers."

"You can't help thinking that whoever is making these decisions are killing the sport and stopping the entertainment. "

"I love the game and I'm in great shape physically and mentally, but I've got to the stage where I don't really care if I play or not."

"I don't want to go through the rest of my life like that so I've got to make a decision on what I want to do"

To me the probelm is simple, he thinks he is bigger than snooker. Thoghts?

I don't even follow snooker much in real life, but was thinking when I was reading it what you said at the end.

He just thinks that he is more important to snooker than snooker itself. He'll be expecting people to come out and say changes are planned and to fall at his feet, just a really bad sport, shame he's got such great skill for the person that he is.

He is an absoulutly fantasticly skilled player, the talent he has is out of this world! On the other hand, If you recognise how young some players are knocking in '147's'. The Junior Standard is rising rapidly and it shouldn't be long until we have someone who isn't far from Ronnie's talent.

Ronnie Ronnie Ronnie, i am a big fan of his hence the name, but even i am getting frustrated with him and his silly little rants one minute he says he hasn't felt better and then the next he says the sport is poor and he is quitting, if it bothered him that much really, he wouldn't of come out and ranted about it he would of either just quit, or try alot bloody harder!!!.

jesus christ ronnie grow man you have an amazing talent at your disposal and your wasting it, you should feel privelaged, is it worth going to Ireland for 30grand what a joke i know i would be on the next plane for that money!
