Hey guys,
I usually play funky snooker from 2 different computers. The one at work and the one at home. I have noticed a difference in the way I play from home and the way I play from work, but I haven't been able to understand what exactly causes this difference. I can hardly build a decent break when I play from home because it looks like the balls need a different angle ..or I am not able to place the mouse in the correct position to shoot the ball because it jumps a pixel ..or the way the balls move is not as flexible as it is from work ..so I was wondering ..what makes the difference (because I don't think it's the mouse).

Exactly the same for me. I don't even play anymore because I've just got my laptop and it's just too hard to play. Also, before anyone says I need patience, I've had to start playing on different computers four times now and I just can't be bothered with it.

Simple, your used to playing on one, and you get used to it.

I don't think it really is *that* simple.
The computer I use now at work is a new one. I used to play good with the old one ..and I also play good with the new one without having to get used to it - the problem is the computer I use from home.. and the screen is even bigger ..yet nothing!

of course different monitors make the game look different. monitors with more pixels will obviously allow you to see more precise movements of the circle. or maybe just adjust the monitor your having trouble with

There can be a whole range of things about your system(s) that make a difference to the feel of a game.
Basically all the above suggestions are correct. Add in different hardware, like mouse sensitivity, even the button action, along with slight variations in display due to different monitors etc, there's not much you can do other than try to make sure you have exactly the same system everywhere you play...
