The tournament game should be cancelled when your opponent left but you should be credited with your current break.

Sorry to bring this back up, but can't the break be programmed to automatically end when the 1 minute warning comes up? This way people get to carry on their break without getting DQ when the round limit is up.

Yep, I agree with you there Iamtheworst. Shouldn't pose many problems for people who are on breaks when their opponent leaves because i'd expect them to have finished their break by the time the 1 min warning comes.
