People As A Loyal Stoke Fan Like My Fellows (Si and Papa)

MOTD are making Stoke out to be a joke every game we lose we get slated every time we draw or win it was down to how poor the opposition were or how lucky we were *Bullshine* if you go to the Brit or where Stoke are playing away you see just how they cut the match to make us look pathetic !

MOTD has a love-in with the big 4 and are dismissive of just about all others.

But... please can you type the words fully, we don't have severely limited space like a text message does.

Yes MoTD does seem to have a love for the top teams, but what media group around the country doesn't? Everything about football in the press looks at the big teams in a positive manner. Why? Because two of the considered 'top 4' are from London, and another (Man Utd. might as well be). Liverpool are the team who get the least positive outlook from the press, now where are they situated?

I'd much prefer for the BBC to be hosting the football highlights than ITV, the less football there is on ITV the better.

I do agree with you to be fair and not only that, the pundits do not stick to one opinion - they judge teams on that particular weeks results! I just watch it for the highlights, can't be bothered taking an interest in the post match talk.

Well Liverpool seem to be hated by Sky and Setanta (Craig Burley and Tim Sherwood havve chips on their shoulders) but on MOTD we do get some credit.

I like MOTD, best highlights programme that their is, and as Tom said, its far better than "The premiersip" which was very poor.

Plus you can't beat the music.

All Liverpool fans are bound to love MOTD because the pundits are Alan Hanson and Mark Lawlo(however you spell it haa) and they do suck up to the 'big4'

I must admitt tho mate, Stoke are a horrible team in my opinion and I want them down for this reason.

I went to your place in January and my god are you dirty lol, Rory Delap booting SWP was a disgrace and Human instinct got SWP the same ban as Delap and Bosigwa got nothing for a flying kick on benayoun which was ridiculous, Its ONE rule for the 'BIG FOUR' and one for us rest and its not right!!

Also, why is it okay for rooney to go stamping around on peoples chests and that lot and never ever get suspended? It really makes me fume

The thing about the preimiership is the players fall to easy, I can honestly say none of the teams in the premiership would survive in the championship except bolton becuase its more aggressive and thats what teams dont like about stoke is the fact that we are not scared to go rough if we want the ball we will bully you of it!

Also SWP did kick delap back but the ref happend to miss it just like when rooney swung for delap that was funnily enough missed but if we do 1 bad tackle he see it like a hawk says alot if you ask me

When I play football with my mates we go in push people of the ball go rough so why do they expect you to act like a girl on the pitch people always say 'Its a contact sport' but as soon as you get touched you fall and roll for 5minutes its not even funny anymore its rather pathetic

Back in the days before my time you could get away with anything on the football pitch i have seen from old videos and where did that spirit go?? Just becuase we are getting players in from spain and portugal who are to scared to handle a tackle the game is becoming worse in the top flight!

Also onto MOTD I love the show but they want to protect the top 4 and all they are doing is saying what everybody else thinks nobody wants us in the preimierleague becuase we are not scared to stand up on the football pitch and also nobody knows if the next red card we get will result in a broken leg for the oposition!

I would like Stoke to go down, especially if the next red card means a broken leg... them tackles aint hard tackles, they are cowards tackles, what delap did to SWP was cowardly. You could see the red mist in his eyes, and was obviouslt just to injure the opposition, when he was in position to defend himself. The last thing we want is another Eduardo, Pedro Mendes, Cisse, etc.. where a players career is at risk.

In an ideal world, we would have honest players and honest tackles. However, we get players like Ben Thatcher, and divers like Ronaldo.


MOTD were saying utd were lucky yesterday, slated ronaldo, and said blackburn should have had a penalty. I don't think that was a penalty - Pederson went down far to easily, and I will cling onto anything to blame the 8 point gap!

LOL at the red mist!. The Pedersen incident, that was my opinion too Mike, that he went down too easily, I'm sure he could have stayed on his feet and shot! Bet he thinks that now, though I'll never be in that position :P - if i was through on goal at old trafford and got pace to burn, knowing you never get a decision there.. I would definately try my utmost to stay on my feet and shoot.

I don't no if it is becuase of where I come from or what, but I love my football physical I love it when people get stuck in it just shows that they are going for it! instead people pull out of tackles incase it goes wrong thats not how I play my game, obviously I do not want broken legs because that goes from a hard tackle to brutality all I want is be able to watch a game where if somebody puts a foot in the whistle is not blown, people forget they are all grown men and 90% of them make themselfs look like idiots all becuase somebody tackles them

i am papa but i deactivated and i support stoke like you and si.Delap made a mistake against SWP but doesnt every team.
I want to see a game with hard tackles where a player doesnt jump on the floor and cry his eyes out.
