I'd say that person is most likely a young child. His posting rights should probably be taken from him to prevent further spam.

Remember to keep all posts respectful and in line with forum posting rules and guidelines.

Further breaches will result in a loss of posting rights as already mentioned.


Regarding the idea - practice stats are fine for setting yourself challenges, but as already mentioned, the ability to spend time setting them up nullifies them as a comparitive statistic.

There have been a few game shouts practice percentage threads in the past, if you want to compare, why not start a new one.
