If you go on tournament page then below the entrants list click full tournament details.

The word maximum is spelt wrong.

As an aside the prompt for "How do I play in a tournament?" is "How the rankings are calculated" wouldn't mention it normally but if you are making an edit in this area, might as well pick that one up as well.
