Around this summer i was focussed so much on that 147...it drove me almost crazy playing this game.
Took 2 months off....and seem to be ok now...not (so) obsessed anymore....it will come one day....and maybe not.....

Still struggle with pos play when i have to pot long blacks....difficult to get to the last reds...often situated around (or between) the small colors...

Another maximum wasted....at 80 this time...could wish for a better table...but started thinking too much....cost me an easy sitter to the middle bags......

Man was in my 2nd Arcade Final.
1-1 and it was 1 red and all colours for me to win.
Potted a nice red and then a green as the yellow was tucked away. Yellow was easy, bit of top and left hand side but ran too far and was stuck on what shot to play on the green.
Shot clock started beeping so just smashed the green with top again and hopped for the best.
The Brown was on the yellow spot (near enough) and I have a shot with the cue ball on the yellow cushion to play it in to the Green pocket and missed it.
Couldn't believe it, absolutley gutted.

Just realised i'm rubbish.

White on yellow spot...blue on brown spot, pink between black and lower black corner.
I took deep backspin on that blue....and it ended in down black corner.
Never felt so annoyed with this game....
So close and so far away again....

Silly thing is....i did the shot again now....in 999 of 1000 attempts its going in with easy pos on last two balls...
Thats what they called the pressure probably...

missing my 1st orig max on 89 , missed black from spot aswell reds was easy!!!!!

The description of the table i did before wasnt 100% correct.
After i potted green (in green conrer) i hardly had an angle on brown in yellow corner...and therefore ended up in the middle between yellow corner and baulk line. If white was on the baulk line it would have been so much easier.
Doubted then for potting blue in green or middle bag. Middle bag was easier to get pos on pink, but green corner was easier pottable. For sure it was a bad shot.........


There will be another chance....some day....
