Wrong, spurs don't want that much, Maxi is coming on loan then bought for free when his contract with madrid run out, and Ruud would also be a loan signing can't see that one happeneing though now, nor Pavlyuchenko.

We could also be in the hunt for Chamakh, who would be quite cheap as his contract is also running out.

7-8 million? He's a player who's out of contract at the end of the season and is only proven at League 1 level. 2.5 million tops I would say.

On the beckford topic. He needs a season in the championship. So i'd stay at Leeds. Lets face it, it's likely they'll be playing in the Championship next season.

As for the value, around 2m i'd say. We (Swindon) sold Cox for 1.5m who had a similar scoring record (allbeit, beckford's scoring record is slightly better) but apart from that Cox was only proven at League 1, like Beckford.
