Well seen a lot of messages during the game. But some of them seems to be like a standard.
So there some rules which have built by themselves . Like in the beginning "hi gl". Like more a lot of more of them.

What they could be added together and help to the newbie what to say and when to say it.

So in funkysnooker this culture already exists. Just need to give a shape to it.

May be a forum thread or as a greating message to the firsttimers.
